Prior to his leadership in PTT, Erai successfully ran public companies, contributing hundreds of millions of dollars in additional public market capitalization and driving annual revenues in the tens of millions. A pioneer in disruptive markets, Erai was a driving force behind one of his most successful startups, which reached a $9 billion private valuation: he co-founded the world’s first CBD pharmaceutical company to legally import into Latin America. His strategic influence extended beyond business, playing a pivotal role in reshaping federall legislation—helping to legalize CBD and THC for medical use in Brazil in January 2015 through lobbying efforts and direct contributions to legislative reform. With a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, capital markets, and emerging technologies, Erai now turns his expertise to the blockchain sector.

He is spearheading the development of a next-generation Layer 1 Proof-of-Work blockchain, positioning it as a foundational force in decentralized finance and digital asset infrastructure. Pronounced “Kai-lei-ya”, Kyleigha is passionate about socially impactful business and pushing the boundaries of current societal norms and opinions on what is possible. 

A self-made entrepreneur and industry pioneer, Kyleigha Beckmann has established herself as a transformative force in both the pharmaceutical and blockchain industries. As the founder of a Brazilian pharmaceutical company that reached a private valuation of $9 billion, she played a pivotal role in revolutionizing Brazil’s medical cannabis landscape through successful lobbying efforts and industry reform.

In addition to her pharmaceutical accomplishments, Kyleigha specializes in online e-commerce, leveraging her expertise to innovate within the digital marketplace. Currently, she is a Founding Partner in PTT (Peace Through Trade) blockchain innovation project, focusing on fostering global peace through decentralizes trade and Web3 e-commerce solutions. 

Her approach to business sustainability is exemplified by a self-funded model, leveraging profits from her private family office portfolio to finance PTT.

Jonathan Barry

Jonathan Barry is a futurist and impact investor on a mission to unite an ecosystem of exceptional companies that combine exponential technology with regenerative innovation to achieve symbiosis between technology, humanity and nature.


After a near death experience in 2009 he had a profound awakening that compelled him to shift his focus towards creating a more sustainable and regenerative future.


For 15 years, Jonathan has built companies, published 2 books, spoke on hundreds of stages, and partnered with global organizations to create systemic change towards a regenerative future.

As an author and speaker, he traveled the world hosting business leadership seminars with The Mind Lab Institute. This program supported people to apply the scientific method to their goals and utilize meditation to unlock the full power of their mind to design their life and vision of the future. 

As an educator and curriculum designer, his book “Hack Your Education” has been published as a curriculum in universities and high schools internationally and his sustainability program was adopted by the US Military and Dept of Education in Hawaii, saving the State of Hawaii over $8M in energy costs annually. 

Jonathan established his first non profit in 2011, and since has supported numerous subsidiaries, raise millions of dollars in resources and support for natural disasters, education programs, sustainable development initiatives, and empowering intergenerational engagement. In 2012, he was selected by the UN to support in the creation of the Sustainable Development Goals.

Currently he runs Future House Advisory which supports best in class founders in raising capital to scale real solutions, as quick as possible.

Pedro Vitor

Vice President of Operations & Legal Counsel

Pedro Vitor Freitas Cunha is a lawyer and legal-operations professional with over 10 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. He serves as Vice President of Operations and Legal Counsel at the Beckmann Family Office, where he leads strategic initiatives, oversees corporate governance, and supports executive decision-making across a diverse portfolio of activities.


Pedro holds specializations in Corporate Law & Business Management and in Tax Law, and recently completed his Master of Business Administration in Vancouver, Canada. His expertise spans corporate law, regulatory compliance, operational leadership, and cross-border project management.

He speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish, and is known for his strategic judgment, pragmatic approach, and ability to operate effectively in multicultural environments. Pedro is committed to strengthening organizational structure and aligning operations with long-term business objectives.

Cierrah Kalenuik-Bolton

Executive Assistant

Cierrah Kalenuik-Bolton is an Executive Assistant with a strong passion for organization, communication, and creating meaningful efficiencies that enable others to do their best work. She thrives in roles that require bringing calm, structure, and clarity to fast-paced environments, and she is motivated by supporting teams and leaders to operate seamlessly.

 

Her background spans multiple industries, giving her a well-rounded perspective on service, administration, and operational support. She previously served as a Non-Emergency Police Call Taker with E-Comm 911, where she gained experience staying composed under pressure, triaging urgent situations, and communicating with precision. These responsibilities strengthened her ability to navigate complex tasks and support high-stakes workflows.

Before that, Cierrah worked as a UG Cares Administrator at The Universal Group, assisting field employees with payroll and dispatch inquiries, managing support tickets, and ensuring accurate records. She also developed early administrative and customer service skills as a Customer Service Representative and Receptionist at SeneGence Canada, where she supported customers, coordinated training events, and handled a wide range of clerical duties.

Across all her roles, Cierrah has demonstrated a strong commitment to professionalism, adaptability, and thoughtful service. She excels at creating order, anticipating needs, and being a reliable point of support for both teams and leadership.

Outside of work, she is passionate about personal development, organization, and building meaningful relationships. She brings a people-first mindset to every project and strives to make a positive, lasting impact wherever she contributes.
